Winning the Battle for Talent |
|
The new battle for talent has started according to our latest research and organisations with reputations as great employers are winning.
Half of employees are now looking for new roles, and eight out of ten employers expect that skills shortages will again be a problem for them in the coming year, so organisations need to differentiate themselves as employers. And with nine out of ten potential recruits saying that the employer’s reputation is a significant factor in their employment decisions, Employment Branding is again high on the agenda for employers.
"Employment Branding - Winning the Battle for Talent" is a complimentary seminar that will explore how Employment Branding can be used effectively to increase staff retention and achieve better recruitment outcomes.
You will hear about Drake’s recent research and how organisations are implementing “Employer of Choice” strategies, how they communicate with current and prospective employees, and which are the critical components of successful Employment Branding initiatives.
Seminars are being held in the following cities:
Brisbane – 22nd June
Sydney – 23rd June
Melbourne – 25th June
Perth – 29th June
