| The Economic Downturn makes workforce planning the new priority for organisations
|

At the same time they are making plans about how they will acquire additional resource capability as and when the economy starts to recover. A good understanding of workforce planning is crucial to these strategic activities.
The Victorian State Government shares this view and in doing so, has launched a new initiative, “Skills for Growth”, which will deliver quality workforce and training planning at no cost to small and medium sized businesses. It is expected that other State Governments may follow this lead in the future. |
